Rankings change and ad costs rise, but your email list is yours. aStash builds the automated flows that run while you sleep, writes and designs the monthly campaigns, grows the list and keeps your sending reputation clean so the messages actually land in the inbox.

The short version01

Email is the highest-return channel most small businesses are not running.

Every customer you have ever served and every visitor who ever left an address is a person who already knows you. A single welcome email, a reminder about an abandoned cart or a request for a review after a job costs almost nothing to send and keeps paying for years. Yet most businesses send nothing, or a newsletter twice a year when someone remembers.

aStash sets up the automated flows first, because they run on their own and produce the most revenue per email. Then we add a monthly campaign calendar with copy and design that matches your brand, grow the list with forms and offers on the website, and watch bounce, spam and open rates so your domain stays trusted by Gmail and Outlook.

You see opens, clicks, replies and, where the platform supports it, revenue per email in a monthly report alongside your other channels.

The problem

The list already exists. Nobody is writing to it.

Most businesses have hundreds or thousands of past customers and quote requests sitting in a CRM, a point-of-sale system or a spreadsheet, and send them nothing. Meanwhile they pay for every new click.

aStash connects those sources to one platform, cleans the list, authenticates the domain so messages land in the inbox, and builds the automated flows first, because flows run on their own and produce the most revenue per email sent.

Automated flows

Six sequences that work while you do something else

Each flow is written, designed, tested on real inboxes and reported on separately.

Welcome series

Three to five emails that introduce the business, set expectations and make the first offer to new subscribers while interest is highest.

Abandoned cart and abandoned quote

Reminders at one hour, one day and three days for stores, or a follow-up sequence for service businesses after a quote goes out.

Post-purchase and post-job

Thank-you, how-to and cross-sell emails timed to the product or service, so the second order happens without an ad.

Review request

A single, well-timed ask with a direct link to your Google Business Profile. Reviews feed local SEO and the next customer’s decision.

Win-back

Re-engages customers who have not bought in 90, 180 or 365 days with a reason to come back, then quietly removes those who never will.

Lead nurture

For longer sales cycles: a sequence that answers the questions buyers ask before they call, so sales conversations start further along.

Monthly work

Campaigns, list growth and the inbox itself

Campaign copy and design

Two to four campaigns a month written in your voice and built in responsive templates that render in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

List growth

Website forms, pop-ups timed to behaviour, lead magnets and point-of-sale capture, with double opt-in where it makes sense.

Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, list hygiene every month and sending patterns that keep you out of the spam folder.

Reporting

Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and revenue per flow and per campaign, compared month over month.

FAQ

Straight answers before you call.

Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.

Which email platform do you recommend?

Klaviyo for Shopify and WooCommerce stores, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for service businesses with a sales process, Mailchimp or Brevo for simple newsletters. We work in whichever you already use.

Do you write the emails?

Yes. Copy, design and testing are included. You approve a calendar each month and can edit anything before it goes out.

How often should I email my list?

Automated flows are triggered by behaviour, so frequency takes care of itself. For campaigns, two to four a month is the range where most lists grow revenue without raising unsubscribes.

Can you help me grow my list?

Yes. Forms, pop-ups, lead magnets and point-of-sale capture are part of the plan, and we tie list growth to your SEO and ads traffic.

Is email marketing legal for my business?

Yes, as long as you have permission, identify yourself and make unsubscribing easy. We set every account up to meet CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, GDPR and CASL requirements.

How is it priced?

A flat monthly rate based on the number of flows and campaigns. Platform fees are paid to the provider directly. No contracts.

Put the list you already own to work.
