Do I need a brand identity before social media design?
It helps, but it is not required. If you have a logo and colours we build from them. If you have nothing, we create a social-first system that can grow into a full identity later.
Can my team use the templates without design skills?
Yes. Template kits are built in Canva or Figma with locked brand elements and simple editable areas, plus a video walkthrough.
Do you also write the captions and post?
That is our social media management service. Design can be bought on its own or bundled with management at one flat rate.
What formats do you deliver?
Finished PNG, JPG and MP4 exports sized for each platform, plus the editable source files. You own everything.
How fast is turnaround?
Monthly packs are delivered in one batch before the month starts. Retainer requests are turned around within 48 hours on business days.
Do you design video?
Yes: reel covers, animated stories, short video edits and video ad creative. Full video production can be arranged for Northern Colorado clients.
