Website Analytics & Research

Know exactly where your customers come from.

Most analytics accounts count visits and nothing else. aStash sets up Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager to track calls, forms, chats and purchases, ties them to the channel that produced them and puts it all in one dashboard you can read in five minutes.

The short version01

If you cannot see which channel produced the lead, you cannot decide what to fund.

Google replaced Universal Analytics with GA4, and many business accounts were never set up properly afterwards. Calls are not tracked, form submissions are counted as page views, ad clicks and organic visits are mixed together, and the report tells you that traffic went up without saying whether customers did.

We fix the foundation: a clean GA4 property, Tag Manager for every event that matters, call tracking, Search Console and ad accounts linked, and a Looker Studio dashboard that shows leads and revenue by channel, campaign and landing page. Then we use that data, plus keyword, competitor and audience research, to tell you where the next dollar should go.

This is the same measurement stack behind the case studies on this site. When we say JIMGLO’s forms went from 20 to 100 a month or that Vega & Associates’ call clicks rose 80%, it is because the tracking was built to prove it.

20 → 100contact forms a month, measured for JIMGLO

The problem

Decisions are only as good as the tracking behind them.

GA4 counts a form submission as a page view unless someone configures the event. Phone calls do not exist in Analytics unless call tracking is installed. Ad platforms claim credit for leads organic search produced. Owners end up funding the channel that reports best, not the one that performs best.

aStash rebuilds the measurement stack so every lead has a source: GA4 events, Tag Manager, call tracking, Search Console and ad accounts linked, and a dashboard that reads in plain English.

  • Every lead countedforms, calls, chats and bookings as real conversions
  • Sources reconciledone answer to where a lead came from

  • Google Business Profile calls, direction requests and website clicks
  • Search Console impressions, clicks and ranking movement
  • Core Web Vitals and mobile speed
  • AI assistant mentions and citations for your business

Call and form tracking

Dynamic number insertion and form tracking so every lead carries its source, medium, campaign and landing page.

Looker Studio dashboards

One page per audience: an owner view with leads and cost per lead, and a detail view for whoever runs the campaigns.

Keyword research

Search volumes, intent and difficulty for the terms your buyers use, in your market, with the gaps competitors miss.

Competitor and audience research

Who ranks, who advertises, what they charge and what reviews say customers actually care about.

AI visibility tracking

Scheduled queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Bing Copilot to see whether your business is mentioned.

Measured, not guessed

The numbers on this site exist because tracking was done right.

Every case study starts with a measurement set-up like this one.

What you get

Research that tells you what to build next.

Clean data makes the research useful. We study which pages produce leads, where visitors drop, what competitors rank for that you do not, and what your customers search before they call.

That research becomes the prioritized list behind every other aStash service, which is why the case studies on this site have numbers at all.

FAQ

Straight answers before you call.

Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.

Is my Google Analytics set up correctly?

Probably not completely. The free health check looks at whether conversions, calls, forms and ad clicks are tracked and attributed, and sends you a short list of what is missing.

Do you track phone calls?

Yes. Dynamic number insertion shows a tracking number to each visitor so the call is attributed to the source and page, and recordings let you qualify leads.

Can I keep my existing analytics account?

Yes. We work in your Google account so you keep every bit of history and own the data. We only create new properties when the old one cannot be repaired.

What does the dashboard look like?

One page in Looker Studio with leads, cost per lead and revenue by channel, filterable by date, plus detail pages for SEO, ads and the Business Profile. You get a link that updates automatically.

What research do you do beyond analytics?

Keyword research with volumes and intent, competitor ranking and ad analysis, review mining to learn what customers value, and AI visibility checks across the major assistants.

How is it priced?

Set-up is a flat project fee. Ongoing dashboards and monthly reporting are a flat monthly rate or included in any aStash SEO or ads plan.
