SEO Copywriting

Words that rank on Google, convince a customer and get cited by AI.

Every page has three readers: a person deciding whether to call, a search engine deciding whether to rank it and, increasingly, an AI assistant deciding whether to cite it. aStash writes for all three, with a keyword brief, a human writer, an editor who checks the facts and a structure built for search.

  • Title tag and meta description
  • H1 to H3 structure that answers the query
  • FAQ section with schema

The short version01

Content is the ranking factor you control most. It is also the easiest to get wrong.

Google rewards pages that answer the searcher’s question better than the others. That requires knowing what the question is, what the top-ranking pages already say, what they miss, and how your business can say it with more authority. It does not require 3,000 words of filler, keyword repetition or an AI draft nobody read.

aStash starts every page with a brief: the target query, the intent behind it, the ranking competitors and the proof points you have that they do not. A writer drafts it. An editor checks facts, voice and readability. The page goes live with the structure, schema and internal links that let it rank, and we watch what it does.

Pages written this way carried Sewer Experts to 845 ranking keywords and a $2M business, and JIMGLO’s rewritten titles and descriptions contributed to a 72.67% rise in clicks.

The problem

Generic content ranks for nothing and convinces no one.

Pages produced in bulk from a keyword list read like every other page on the topic, so Google has no reason to rank them and a visitor has no reason to call. AI-only content makes the problem faster, not better.

Every aStash page starts with a brief: the exact query, the intent behind it, what the current top results say, what they miss and the proof you have that they do not. A writer drafts to that brief. An editor checks facts and voice before it goes live.

What makes it rank

Six things built into every piece

Intent-matched structure

Headings follow the questions the searcher has in order, so the page answers before it sells.

Proof and specifics

Numbers, examples, process details and reviews that generic content cannot copy.

AI-citable passages

Clear, factual statements and FAQ blocks that assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote.

Internal linking

Each new page is linked from related pages and links out to them, so authority flows where it should.

Voice and readability

Written the way your best salesperson talks, at a reading level a busy owner can scan.

Fact check

Every claim, statistic and legal or technical statement verified before publishing. No invented numbers.

Page types

What we write

Service pages

The money pages: one per service, written to rank for the commercial query and to convert the reader who lands on it.

Location and service-area pages

Unique local content for each city or neighbourhood, with proof, schema and map, not a find-and-replace template.

Blog posts and guides

Informational content that captures questions earlier in the buying process and feeds links to service pages.

Product and category copy

Descriptions and category introductions for ecommerce catalogs, written to a template that scales without duplicating.

Landing pages

Campaign pages for ads and email with one offer, one action and the message matched to the ad.

Rewrites and refreshes

Existing pages rebriefed and rewritten when rankings slip or the content no longer matches what searchers want.

The process

Brief, write, check, publish

01Step 1

Brief

Keyword, intent, competitor analysis, proof points and structure agreed before writing starts, so nothing is rewritten later.

02Step 2

Write and edit

A writer drafts, an editor reviews for facts, voice and readability. You approve in a shared document.

03Step 3

Publish and measure

Titles, schema, internal links and images set. Rankings and conversions tracked for every page we publish.

FAQ

Straight answers before you call.

Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.

Do you use AI to write content?

We use AI for research and outlines where it helps. Every published piece is written or thoroughly rewritten by a person, edited by a second person and fact-checked. Raw AI drafts are never published.

How long should a page be?

As long as it takes to answer the query better than the pages that rank now. Service pages usually run 800 to 1,500 words; guides can run longer. We do not pad.

Who provides the expertise?

You, in a short interview per topic where needed, plus our research. The writer turns your knowledge into the page; the editor makes sure nothing was lost or invented.

How many pages a month do I need?

Most SEO plans publish two to six pieces a month depending on competition. The content calendar comes from the keyword plan, not from a quota.

Do I own the content?

Yes. Everything we write for your site is yours.

How is copywriting priced?

Per page for one-off work, or as a monthly content allowance inside an aStash SEO plan. Both are flat fees quoted up front.
