Digital Marketing Strategy

Stop guessing which channel deserves your next dollar.

A digital marketing strategy from aStash is a written plan, not a slide deck of buzzwords. It tells you which channels to fund, which to pause, what to publish, what to measure and what the first 90 days look like. Every recommendation is tied to a number we can check together.

The short version01

Most small businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a sequencing problem.

0day roadmap, dated and owned

You can run Google Ads, post on Instagram, send a newsletter and rebuild the website, and still grow slowly if those things happen in the wrong order or at the wrong budget. A strategy fixes the order. It starts from what your buyers actually search for, where they spend time and how much a customer is worth, then works backwards to the channels that can produce those customers at a price you can live with.

aStash has built these plans since 2017 for plumbers, law firms, retailers, manufacturers and ecommerce stores. The same process took Sewer Experts from $200K to more than $2M a year on organic search alone, and the same discipline keeps Loomis & Greene ranking #1 for 1,045 searches five years in. The plan is the reason the tactics work.

You get the document, the dashboard and a team that can execute every line of it. Or take the plan to your own people. Either way, the thinking is yours to keep.

The problem

Busy marketing is not the same as working marketing.

Most owners we meet are already doing something: a few ads, a post a week, a newsletter when there is time. What they cannot tell us is which of those produced the last ten customers, so every budget decision is a guess.

We start by pulling the real numbers from Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and the phone system, then map them against what your best customers actually did before they called. The gaps between those two pictures are the plan.

  • One source of truthevery channel measured against leads and revenue, not reach
  • Sequenced, not scatteredthe order in which channels are funded, with the reason for each
  • Written for the ownera plan you can read in twenty minutes and hand to anyone

What you receive

Six documents, one decision at a time

Everything is written in plain English and sized for an owner who has 20 minutes, not a marketing department.

Market & competitor audit

Who ranks, who advertises and who gets the reviews in your market today, with search volumes and estimated ad costs for the terms that matter.

Customer & intent map

The questions buyers ask before they call you, grouped by stage, so content, ads and the website speak to each one.

Channel scorecard

Every channel scored on reach, cost per lead, time to results and fit for your business. We tell you what to skip.

Budget & staffing split

A monthly budget by channel and a clear line between what aStash does, what you do and what nobody should bother doing.

90-day roadmap

A dated plan of the first 13 weeks with owners, dependencies and the moment each piece is measured.

KPI dashboard

A Looker Studio dashboard wired to Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads and your Business Profile so progress is checked, not debated.

What you get

A plan with a price on every line.

The strategy document names the audience, the offer, the channels in priority order, the monthly budget per channel and the number each one has to hit to keep its budget. Nothing is vague enough to argue about later.

aStash then runs it at a flat monthly rate with no contract. If a channel misses its number two months in a row, the money moves. That rule has turned a Denver plumbing company into a $2M-a-year business on search alone.

FAQ

Straight answers before you call.

Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.

How much does a digital marketing strategy cost?

It is a flat project fee quoted after a short discovery call, based on how many channels and locations are in scope. There is no retainer required to receive the plan.

How long does it take?

Three weeks from kickoff to the presentation. Most of the time goes into research, not formatting.

Do I have to hire aStash to execute it?

No. The strategy is written so your own team or another vendor can run it. Most clients keep us for execution because the plan already has our names on the tasks, but that is your choice.

What do you need from me?

About two hours total: a discovery call, access to Google Analytics, Search Console, your ad accounts and Business Profile, and a short review of the draft.

What if my budget is small?

Then the plan gets shorter and more focused. A small budget is exactly when sequencing matters most, because you cannot afford to spend on the wrong channel for six months.

How do you measure whether the strategy worked?

Every plan defines three to five KPIs up front, usually qualified leads, cost per lead and revenue from marketing. The dashboard tracks them weekly and we review them with you each quarter.

Get a strategy built on your numbers, not someone else’s.
