Business Cards Design

The smallest piece of print, and the one people keep

A business card is still the thing you hand someone at the end of a good conversation. We design cards that match your identity exactly, specify the paper and finish, and deliver files your printer can run without a single question.

Designed for the hand, specified for the press.

Most business cards fail in two places: the design is a shrunken letterhead with the logo crammed in, or the file arrives at the printer without bleed, in RGB, with text too close to the edge. We fix both. Layouts are designed at actual size with a clear hierarchy: who you are, what you do, how to reach you. Files are built to the printer’s specification so what you approved is what you get.

Cards are designed in your existing brand identity or alongside a new logo. If you want to stand out, we recommend paper weight, finishes like spot UV or letterpress, and die cuts that fit your industry and budget, and we can manage the print run with our trusted printers or hand the files to yours.

Every card is delivered with a matching email signature, and letterhead and envelopes are available in the same style.

How we design

A card that reads in two seconds and feels like your brand

The person holding your card is deciding whether to keep it. The front answers who you are and what you do at a glance. The back carries what they need to act: the number, the email, a QR code to the site or your booking page. Everything else is clutter.

We lay out the card at actual size, test it printed on an office printer first, and build the file with bleed, safe margins, CMYK colour and embedded fonts, so the printer runs it without a single phone call.

FAQ

Straight answers before you call.

Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.

Do you print the cards or just design them?

Both options. We can manage the print run through printers we trust, or deliver press-ready files and a specification sheet to the printer of your choice.

What information should go on a business card?

Name, title, company, one phone number, one email and the website. The back can carry the logo, a short line about what you do, a QR code to a booking page or a list of services. Less is more; we help you decide what to cut.

Can you design cards in my existing brand?

Yes. Send your logo files and any brand guide and we design within them. If the files are low quality, we tell you and can recreate the logo in vector first.

How long does it take?

Design takes about a week including one round of revisions. Printing adds three to ten business days depending on the finish.

Do you do letterhead and other stationery?

Yes. Letterhead, envelopes, notecards, email signatures, invoice templates and presentation covers can be designed in the same system, usually at a reduced price alongside the cards.

What file formats do I receive?

A press-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, a screen PDF for review, the editable source file and separate finish layers if your card uses spot UV, foil or embossing.
