What it checks
The text Google shows as the blue link. We report it with its character count; 50 to 60 characters is the safe range.
The grey snippet under the link. Up to about 155 characters shows in full on most results.
Every heading on the page in order, with its length, so you can see the outline Google and AI assistants read.
Each element is measured so you know what will be cut off in the results page.
How to read it
One H1 that names the service and the place, a title under 60 characters that starts with the main phrase, a description that reads like an ad for the page, and H2s that answer the questions a buyer would ask. If the report shows three H1s, a 90-character title or a missing description, those are the first fixes.
Google’s AI Overviews and assistants such as ChatGPT quote pages by section. A page whose H2s state the question and whose first sentence under each one answers it is the page that gets quoted. The report shows you that outline in one list.

FAQ
Anything else? (970) 399-9004 reaches a person in Fort Collins, not a call center.
It reads the HTML the server sends, the same way Google’s first crawl does. If your headings only appear after JavaScript runs, they will be missing here and may be missing for search engines too.
Google rewrites titles it considers too long, repetitive or unhelpful. If the report shows a long or keyword-stuffed title, that is usually why.
Between 120 and 155. Google trims longer ones with an ellipsis on most screens and sometimes replaces them entirely.
