Name, address, phone
The three facts Google compares across directories. One wrong suite number or an old phone number counts against you.
Free SEO tool
Send us the name, address and phone number from your Google Business Profile and we check the major citation sites to see whether they match, then send you the list of mismatches. Inconsistent listings are one of the most common reasons a local business is missing from the map pack.
The automated scan is being rebuilt. Until it is back, we run the listing audit by hand within one business day, free, for any business in the United States.

What it checks
The three facts Google compares across directories. One wrong suite number or an old phone number counts against you.
The listing sites Google and AI assistants read most: review sites, maps and business directories.
How consistently the business is listed, and which listings need correcting.
Directories where the business should be listed and is not.
How to read it
Google builds its confidence in a business from how consistently the same name, address and phone appear on sites it trusts. When the facts disagree, it hedges, and a competitor with cleaner citations takes the map-pack spot. The audit shows where the disagreement is.
Correct the listings on Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau first, because the other directories copy from them. Then close duplicate listings, which split reviews and confuse the match.
